Cant Gift Skins

I keep getting this error code:

You are unable to send this gift for one of the following reasons: "ERROR_CREATING_FFG_ACCOUNT_NICKNAME"

we meet all requirements for sending gifts so Im not sure what this is all about.

me too I don't know what it is all about but I hope someone will figure it out
