Also happens on Pyke and Shen but those two can't walk around freely, they more like stutter around in the direction they were going. Jarvan on the other hand does not give a crap.

Not a bug its is possiable to get like 90 tenacity what makes you almost immune to stuns

Please don't talk without knowing lol. It's clearly a bug. He doesn't have merc threads or pot or runes or nothing that give him tenacity. So don't comment with something dumb like "you can have 90 tenacity now". It's a bug and it should be addressed.

Not to mention the animation even sticks on him and moves with him while he's supposed to be rooted. If he had the alleged "90 tenacity" the root VFX wouldn't be on him at all while he was moving. Definitely a bug.
