Protobelt hit twice outside of range causing me to die well away from incident

I randomly died to DOUBLE protobelt damage from a kennen with no additional abilities (no deathfire, thunderlords, q shuriken, etc.) Death recap showed 2 hits of similar damage (due to rng). Funny thing was I had started the recal and was about 1.5 seconds into it when I took damage again which killed me. This should be addressed.
