Accepting Ready Games, Client Says I Decline

For the past few weeks I've been experiencing problems accepting games in every game mode. When I click 'Ready' or 'Accept' when the lobby has been found, i tells me the normal 'waiting for others to accept' but then the timer will run out and it says that I am the one who declined the game. This hasn't led to me getting a penalty wait time YET but it happens at least once a day when I play if not more and causes for even longer wait times to play a game (since top lane already has infinite queue times). Also my client intermittently will randomly just close out of the client, typically when I visit the store or immediately post game when stats would normally be shown. I have uninstalled and reinstalled before to no avail. Please help Rito.
