@riot sion E bug

when playing a game earlyer i was trying to push the wave to no hope my e minon buff was not doing damage to other minions 3/4 times doing it the bonus damage would not go off most of the time it was me on top of the minion shooting it through the wave into damaged minions not dealing any damage other times it was shot from max range and ending slightly passed the minions not dealing damage to them
