MAJOR GAME BREAKING BUG!!!

While i was looking around my profile i managed to come acrossed this bug, it seems like not only are we getting a new spell, but also a BRAND new game made. I mean its either that, or this spell was never meant to make it to the patch and it some how bugged into the patch, riot pls fix.
