Blitz crank knockup can hit people who are untargetable.

Even if you flash out of range and he's already doing the animation you're still gonna get smacked it's just animation things

okay in most situations untargetable doesn't stop a skill already mid animation or near the end its like how dots ignite n skills of similar nature can kill them during the frames they are untargetable. so if you use the skill little late the toss up would still go through because technically he was targeted before the timing.

I've been knocked up while Zhonya'd by him. Didn't deal damage but still knocked me up.

You cannot cancel Blitzcrank's E. The timing is VERY slim to be able to "dodge" his knockup with untargetable frames. Once blitzcrank is in his animation, it's going to execute. There was a change like this sometime during Season 6 I think.
