I have had my game crash a few times over the past couple weeks and each time I get penalized for 20 minutes before each game for 5 matches. You do the match, its a 100 minutes I cant play this game for something Riot caused. This is bs. I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and now penalized for trying to play it is bs.
i have a pretty decent pc. not top top top shelf. but higher medium shelf.
in probably close to 900 games i've played. had this game crash like 3 times.
now. i have some friends that play. 1 has an ok pc. about on par with mine. but he constantly has 10000000 browser tabs open taking up all his ram. that makes his game crash a lot. if i play with him, his stuffs always crashing till i remind him to close his browser tabs.
another. he has a trash pc. hard drive is full. rams showing signs of not being good. and his game crashes all the time too.
all software is gunna crash sometimes. but if your having this problem often. its probably your system.
You ruined games by afking. You get punished. Not a hard concept.
It is your responsibility to fix your system if it is crashing, not go ahead and ruin games when you know your system is unstable.
