relic shield not displaying cd timer

relic shield used to display how long till next charge on on the buff bar but doesn't display it this patch.

I would like to add that I have noticed this as well. However it seems, that it sometimes does show the cooldown, just to stop showing the cooldown again. It was very noticeable while playing Alistar today.
