Revive Did Damage to Me

I was killed by during a team fight. when i looked at the death summary, it showed 275 physical damage being performed by using {{summoner:10}} . I hovered over {{summoner:10}} to make sure it wasn't just the wrong image over the skill he actually used, and it gave me the tooltip for {{summoner:10}} . I was playing .

not sure how to replicate and screenshot didn't work properly.
