Laggy as ever since last patch and Karthus issue with ult

There has been a lag issue going since the last patch for many of us. Every team I've been on either can't play due to lag, has to disconnect, gets disconnected, or can't reconnect. The enemy team will do so much damage and look like they are moving at super speed compared to us. It's almost impossible to play. On the flip side, I've been on the good end where the other team is getting lag badly and you can tell. They won't be doing normal damage to me yet I can near two shot them so it's definitely both ways. Every game there has been not just a little lag but A LOT of it. It's not my connection or my router, etc... it's all fine, been over it numerous times with support for other reasons.

Karthus ult needs a fix. When he ults right before he dies, even if it hits people it won't do damage. His ult is also not working after death all the time. His abilities simply won't go while he's in his death attack phase. Also, Tryndamyre in many cases, (his ult being done or already used) will not die from Karhus's ult, it will do 0 damage to him. I've had 4 cases now against a Tryndamyre where this happens and even they wonder how they didn't die. His ult also can go off , hit people but not do damage at all, or it goes through the ult motions and never actually hits. This happens all the time.

Please look into this. I hear others wanting to report these things but never know if they actually do so there you go. Thanks.
