Game play has failed

NOTE: This not only applies to me but many players in game that are having the SAME issues.

Since and ONLY since this last major update, I can no longer do any damage or at least, not even close to what I used to. The minions will do more damage than I do now. Something isn't right, I went from being a very strong mid-laner to not being able to even hold the lane for 2 min due to being so over powered by any champ. Examples?

Lux mid, slow hits me for half my health. I ult her, I do 100 damage, with 3 turrets and everything else as Heimer.

Velkoz, I can't do any noticeable damage with him, I take a few basic hits and I'm done, doesn't matter who mid is. Same with near any champ I play mid.

Ignite no longer wants to work.

Ult no longer works on any champ correctly.

I die for no reason, seems like just out of the blue I'll take hits that simply aren't there.

Any lane I played I could push fairly easy, now I can't hold a lane against minions, they literally take me down so fast I have to recall. This is NOT my router settings, they are still all set perfectly for Riot. I have no internet or computer issues, this is only since the last patch.

I read all the patch notes, I've been with this game since end of season one, I know when something is simply NOT right. I'm not the only one as in game so many are complaining that the game is so bad now, unbalanced or damage calculations are simply NOT working right. I've had enemy champions ask how they killed me as I'll just die for no reason. The new game changes should have no effect to the point of Velkoz's ult doing 50 dmg only while an akali sits in my turret, taking my ult, all abilities, ignite and getting hit by my turret and literally taking 100 dmg and then walks out like nothing happened.

Forget winning a game, if you can't hold a lane for 2 min, there is no point and again, that's EXACTLY what's happening here. Seems 3 times now we've played against those who say they are on Mexico servers and get no lag or odd play while some of us have nothing but lag and this sort of game play, not just me but my whole team will get it. I don't have the same team, random in team builder so it's not just same issues with same players. It's same issue with all different players.

Like I said, I'm no new player here, I've kept up every season, every patch, every aspect of game play and get tired of someone now just running over me like I'm a minion trying to fight a fed Sion. It's absolutely ridiculous.

That said, something needs to be looked into here. There are also other oddities like a Katarina teleporting from mid river to past first mid turret, she could teleport constant no let up or cooldown. I had a Vlad that came into mid lane at start of game at level 3, EVERYONE on team saw it. He was moving at half the speed of homeguard constant and killed me in my turret instantly at level 4, then insta killled our jungle, then top lane. Everyone knew it's either the same issues or he's running a script. Either way, something needs fixing here. I can't even play any more it's so bad.
