[GAMEPLAY] Queueing Alistar E during W causes E to auto-fire for all subsequent W casts

Title should be self-explanatory.

Process to reproduce:

Cast W
While in flight, press E
Wait both cooldowns out, then cast W again
You're now using E even though you didn't actually press it
This will continue to happen for the rest of the game, and persists through death

Happened with 100% consistency when I tested it. There appears to be some way to lose the effect, since I was able to un-glitch it once, though I'm not sure what I did that time.

You seem to have mistaken his E for his Q; his Q is the knockup. His E is the damage over time that builds into a stun.

But even if it were his Q, no. It's not a good thing. You don't always want to cast another spell when you use W. What if you were just trying to punt someone away? You don't want to cast any other spells in that scenario. This bug can cause you to use your E CD for no reason, when you had no intention whatsoever of getting the stun off. It's not like it casts as a free passive; your E uses mana and goes on CD with this bug.
