[GAMEPLAY] Queueing Alistar E during W causes E to auto-fire for all subsequent W casts

Title should be self-explanatory.

Process to reproduce:

1. Cast W
2. While in flight, press E
3. Wait both cooldowns out, then cast W again
4. You're now using E even though you didn't actually press it
5. This will continue to happen for the rest of the game, and persists through death

Happened with 100% consistency when I tested it. There appears to be some way to lose the effect, since I was able to un-glitch it once, though I'm not sure what I did that time.
