Was wondering if this is a common bug or problem....

So I'm scared to alt+tab. I think it's chasing me. I can feel it breathing down my neck. My death comes, and I must check though. I MUST look for it must be kept up with. However....I fear.... THE BUGSPLAT Seriously, everytime I alt+tab I have a 50% of crashing, and it is highly annoying. Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
