Yi Chroma's not working in Teambuilder Select

I bought the Yi Chroma's originally and had the RP deducted from my account. However, when I bought them I received an error message 3 times mentioning an issue with processing (adding the skin to my account NOT the financial transaction.) I closed out my browser and restarted. I tried selecting the chroma's in teambuilder, closed out of the session & tried again (this was because at one point the only way picking a skin in TB worked was to start TB up twice) and still....the chroma's are not working.

Please help riot!
