[Gameplay] Jinx secondary rockets from Runaan's Hurricane deal damage incorrectly
Jinx rockets (Fishbones auto attack), when fired as the secondary projectiles from Runaan's Hurricane, act very strangely as far as damage dealt. All of the following was acquired via testing in practice tool with jinx at level one star guardian skin
- Runaan bolts deal static AOE damage that is equal to neither the bolts regular damage or its critical strike damage. > For Jinx's main rocket (with or without hurricane), damage dealt to both the target of the rocket and everyone in its AOE is the same regardless of whether or not the attack was a critical strike. E.g., if you don't crit and deal 100 damage to main target 100 damage will also be dealt to AOE targets (modified by resistances etc). And if you crit for 200, all targets also take 200 damage. > However, for Jinx's hurricane procs, any AOE target take a static amount of damage whether from a critical strike or not (the actual targets of the hurricane procs take damage base on whether or not you crit like normal). Additionally, that AOE damage does not seem to be based on either the regular damage or the critical strike damage (it is more than the regular damage, but less than critical strike damage. I cannot tell exact percent).
The easiest way to test this is in practice tool. setup 2 enemy target dummies in a line, such that you can main target one and get a hurricane proc onto a second but not a hurricane proc on the third, while the third is still close enough to the second to take AOE damage from the second hurricane proc.
E.g.: () = target dummy, (JINX) = Jinx
(JINX) <- - 3 teemos - -> () <- - 2 teemos - -> () <- - 1 teemo - -> () (JINX) () () ()
