Gold/Plat league team LF Top laner, and maybe jungler

Hey guys, I have a team I am looking to round out and finish for an LCS style league which has a preseason (to test streaming etc) starting this weekend. The tl;dr is I am looking for a top and maybe a jungler that are serious about improving, even if they aren't necessarily insanely good yet (riot knows im trash).

What I am trying to do:

At its heart I just want to improve my and our gameplay. I have an eventual goal to actually work for riot, or if I actually get good at this game aim for the LCS. For riot I am trying to work towards diamond over the next year and a half or so, as it appears to be part of the want/need for that specific position. SO I am looking to surround myself with people of similar drive so that we can work toward our goals and get better at the game in the long run. Though I am recruiting specifically for this league, I plan on running with this team for much longer so that we can really learn, because I think there is usually a trial period before teams function well enough together to truly learn. TIME ZONE: I will be giving times in EST usually although I am MST personally. Rest of team so far is EST.

Games and practices would be somewhere in the range of 4pm EST to 10pm EST, or a bit later if everyone can.
