(Gameplay) Blitzcrank Passive Mana Barrier shield, Kog'Maw Ithacan Surprise Passive

Blitzcrank's mana barrier visual shield on health bar occasionally lasts all game, and Kog's passive sound can repeat over and over if you lose vision of him while he is dying. The Blitz one I have narrowed down to 3 potential causes, including having mana barrier when killed, Blitz dying with mana barrier not on CD, and the cause I think is most likely is Blitzcrank having passive on, and moving camera location without seeing it expire. I made one with just Blitzcrank before about 8 months ago, and yes they are visual and audio bugs respectively. Rito plz fix this!
