[Gameplay] No Units on Rift yet game continues

During champion select i locked in and decided with the remaining few seconds i open my browser and look for some music to tune into while playing. The loading screen redirected my main display into the Loading screen. So i tabbed out of the loading screen and continued to search for some music. Right after that i found a music video and started to play it. When i do i get an error report informing me i was disconnected. i Shrugged off the error report assuming it's just a simple disconnect issue. However right when the game started i gained vision of the Rift, but not a single unit. So i waited, No announcer voice and when minions spawned, i couldn't see them either, however when they pushed into lane i saw the vision they provided and even there i couldn't catch a glimpse of the enemy mobs either. i could not see my allies as well. The only thing that was visible was the rift, the towers, and the nexus. After 3-4 minutes however i relaunched my game and it came out fine.
