Client Replay Bug

As of 8/1/2019 7:00am Mountain time, if I play a game, and click the download replay button, right after it loads the replay the button becomes grayed out and says "Replay has Expired" I just played 2 matches, tried to download both replays, it won't let me. Hoping this bug gets fixed before I lose my replays...

PS - I have a picture to show what I'm talking about, I just have no idea how to share it.
