Garen ult + yi q interaction
If they both cast at the same time, garen's ult is used. This shouldnt be the case because yi is not evading, he is dashing

Hmm, no.
Yi is going untargetable.
Further, Garen's ult is not used. It should go on a 2 or so second cooldown, or simply no cooldown at all.
It is impossible for Garen's ult to go on cooldown while having down no damage to Yi in alpha.
Since when Yi is dashing? He actually blinks.
