[Gameplay] Tentacles will not swing if Illaoi is silenced during the Leap of her W.

Currently only consistently encountering this vs Garen (due to the speed his silence is applied), when garen Q's illaoi during the leap or as she connects with her W tentacles will not swing when in range, this occasionally (difficult to reproduce) messes with her ult tentacles as well even if a spirit is out if Garen silences her and she has queued up W just after she ults she will leap deal the increased damage, it will go on cool down but no tentacles will swing if the timing is very tight it will cause her ult not to spawn any additional tentacles and no tentacles will swing until she can next E or W!

This is a debilitating bug. Though maybe it's working as intended? I've only seen it occur vs Garen as his is the only silence I've encountered that seems to apply instantly. If she is silenced at any point during the leap including the landing and same moment damage application happens it will negate her W tentacle swing effect every time. The timing for inducing her ult to not spawn tentacles or swing at spirits seems to be much stricter but still commonly occurs, the window is after it goes on cd and she starts to leap up but before the animation plays out, depending on the timing it occasionally refunds her ult after a short delay, but tentacles will still swing faster and her W has reduced cd. It is very strange (only encountered this one on the twisted tree line map, but the main silence bug occurs in TT howling abyss and summonses rift).

I have not had this occur with malzahar's Q but have occasionally noticed it with fiddle sticks E. my guess it has to do with wind up animations/delays on silence. It happened with the old chogath W but not the new one. This may actually be a bug with Garen's Q silence coding and not just Illaoi's W and Ult if I was to use deductive reasoning.
