visual bug on SR... might be lighting bug

i tried to take a screenshot but it came out all black so eh, no screenshot...

i was playing an inter bot game on 5v5 sr in was in bot lane as heim, there was an annie there.... we were at the topside outer most turret and the flames along the walls were sending up white flickering images(?) and there were white lines going from the flames across the screen, also flickering
