An old camera lock bug

Well first, i don't think this is a critical bug as it doesn't happens to everyone, but i wanted to mention it cuz it's so annoying! The bug is caused everytime when i gets out of lol (in game, not closing it, just leave it there) to do something else like change music or things like dat, before getting out of lol, if my mouse is on the mini-map and i Ctrl + Esc to get to desktop, after that, i re-enters the lol and the camera can't be locked! i tried pressing Y, pressing the camera botton in the corner, or ajusting it in the Esc menu, none of above works, but if i didn't put my mouse on the mini-map before getting out, the bug won't happen, but if so, i need to reconect again or finish the match and the camera will be fixed next match. I can just play with a unlocked camera which isn't comfortable for me (for me and some other plays, if you likes the unlocked, no h8s plz), i don't know if that my CPU problem but i see gamers doesn't have that problem, maybe a fix for that plz Rito?
