Quick fix for Quarter Screen bug

I experienced this myself, once ingame you can use escape to open the menu, from there you can drag the menu by clicking and holding anywhere that is not a button. The glitch can be fixed by converting to borderless mode. This is found under the video preferences. It's a quick fix for if you're going into a game and don't want to just AFK.
