Bots Able to build "Removed Items"

My brother played a bot game on the TT today and was struggling so I came over to over advice, when I looked at the builds' of the enemy team I saw the opposing Brand bot had a Blackfire torch! This item was supposedly removed in patch 5.2. Dafaq? BTW my brother's account name is whyznotz if you want to check the match history.

I can only assume riot simply removed it from being seen in the shop
