My brother played a bot game on the TT today and was struggling so I came over to over advice, when I looked at the builds' of the enemy team I saw the opposing Brand bot had a Blackfire torch! This item was supposedly removed in patch 5.2. Dafaq? BTW my brother's account name is whyznotz if you want to check the match history.

Bots have had this issue for quite some time. I think Riot leaves the item coding in-game, and forgets that bots are coded to build the items, so the issue shows up.
inb4 Marksmen update removes items that bots will end up building.
