ARAM Bugsplat

At the victory screen of three of my last four ARAMs, the game bugsplats my entire computer. The 'victory' or 'defeat animation freezes halfway through (twice), or the crash happens when I press 'continue' (once). Other programs continue to run in the background (music that was playing continues to play), but I can't manipulate League or navigate away from it to look at other windows. Restarting the computer closes League, obviously, but I can only do so by physically pressing the power button: I can't force quit.

In these games, about 15 minutes in, my FPS will begin to drop precipitously, from 60 to about 10, getting worse as the game progresses. This doesn't happen every bugsplat, but every time it does leads to a bugsplat. Changing graphics settings to be lower in quality does not affect this drop in FPS.
