Rune page leveling reward

Even though by level 10 we unlock the ability to customize rune pages fully now, up to level 15 there are 2 more levels that reward you with (primary and secondary rune paths) even though they are already unlocked

also sometimes leveling will trigger a notification dot on your Collection tab even though nothing new is there
