Many champions attack while being stunned
I've seen it in game, but you can find many videos on youtube and reddit posts...

Are they stunned or snared? There's a difference. When they're snared, they can still attack, but cannot move.
Kalista is one of those champions who still attacks while being stunned tho and its annoying af. Like here's a scenario
you hit the hoe with
q she keeps attacking
Kalista is the only champion I know of that attacks while hard CC'd like stun.
