game issues

I just played a game in which our jungler was disconnecting and reconnecting constantly.. we tried to remake at minute 3 but game didn't let us to do so.. also i had stable 67 ms but was lagging like hell.. obviously there is a game issue.. and the most frustrating thing is that i lost points because game didn't give loss prevented.. i want my points back
