Targon Bracer not executing
Whenever I play thresh, targon bracer doesn't not execute minions until they have like a pixel of health. Tooltip clearly states that below 254 (somewhere there) hp minions will be executed.

The execute is for melee champions only. Thresh is ranged so he can't proc that part.
