Bugsplat Losses

I just had a loss in ranked due to a bugsplat. It marked me as a leaver and it shouldnt penalize me for not even making it into the game. Bugsplat denied me entrance into the game it my team remaked, that shouldnt penalize me as a loss because my team wasnt hurt in any way because of remake feature. The leave was on Riot i shouldnt be punished
