Evelynn Combo.

I've been thinking about this since the Rework, I've noticed something a little funny but it happened so rarely I mostly ignored it, or felt No I saw it wrong must have been a miscalculation.

but as I've perfected the art of the Multi Dive I've noticed now for sure their is something weird Going on With Barriors relative to Evelynns Wombo Combo. (especially now that I frequently do it a few levels above the Top laner) with Full Meji's stacks) (the set up) Swan Dive in full force W is active, Pop the Charm with Q E Q Drive bye, get the Champion down to 30%hp Swing back in 10 seconds Land the Charm Q E Q R But something happened, Shortly After the Charm Pop a Barrier Appeared and then Suddenly my E Q R do what appears to be 0 dmg.
I'm really not sure what's going on here, Like I get Sorc runes for MR is a thing, and Barriors are a thing but this feel super weird to be able to chunk a guy for 70% of his health without R, and then not be able to chunk a guy for more then 5% of his health Going in a second time with Charm Q E Q R ?

This seems to be happening to Tanks/Support class champions. now if it where an Allister I'd laugh it off thinking popped his ult, but it sometimes happens on yasuo's/Lee's as well.
