(Shop) Literally unusable

Riot,I've been looking around in the new shop to buy a new champion with the newly gathered IP i had,and my eye caught Kindred,since she seems rather strong at the moment and is very fun.

Then I clicked on her in the shop,preparing to throw 6300 hard earned IP through many normal game loses and bot games,then I noticed something...
