Diana Q bug - no travel time / animation

I was playing a game on my smurf and noticed this bug after going back to clip this quadra I got.. I'm a casual 1.2 million mastery Diana one trick. I'd like for any bugs she has to be resolved.

I attached a video of the bug. Check at around 15 seconds. After casting Q the animation doesn't show on the screen, and instantly hits the Leona I aimed it towards.

I have no idea what caused it but hope it'll be fixed soon. Thanks :).
