Champion select does not appear when playing with a team/friends

Okay, so I have been playing with friends a lot recently, and when we hit accept during the queue, the game kicks me back to the "Arranging Team" Screen. I am unsure as to what causes this, I try to hit some buttons (Home, exit queue, store, and more) but nothing happens, I hear the notifications that you normally hear during champ select, and the music, but I do not see a thing. I do not tab away when this happens, but I just leave the client open, this normally leads to having to dodge by closing the client or by having a friend do so. Hopefully this gets fixed, any help is appreciated. Thanks :D

Ps. It does not matter whether or not it is ARAM, Dominion, or normal play.
