Infinite Malzahar Spell Shield

HI, I played ARAM today, and Malzahar had his spell shield bugged, and to all 5 people on our team, it appeared to be permanently up, for the rest of the entire game. This was particularly annoying, because I was Scarner, and it is really intimidating to see his spell shield, even when it is not 'technically' there. Not only was the Animation constant, but when clicking on Malzahar, the icon that displays the spell shield was permanent also. The entire game everyone constantly had to second guess if his shield was active, and this was really unfair, and frustrating.
