Server had increasing lag and has been disconnected since 20k ms ping

Started a game of league. Had normal ping for first minute or two, game then rose to 500-1k ms ping then dropped to normal. Afterwords, server ping went to 20k ms ping. After that, the game disconnected and I have been unable to play since. Issue appears serverwide, seemed like enemy laner had high ping based on their movements. Additionally, the Xerath on my team was reporting extremely high pings.
