[Client/Crash] League of Legends Launcher bugsplats infinitely

Whenever I try to launch League of Legends, an infinite chain of Bugsplat notifications starts to build up, forcing me to sign out and back in to even do anything on my computer.

I don't really know how much more detailed I can get:

Step 1: Click on LoL Icon Step 2: Infinite Bug Splats show up

It has occurred every time I attempt to launch so far.

If it helps any, I also have the PBE client installed and that launches without any sort of issue whatsoever, it only affects my NA launch.
