Coincidence? I'm not sure...

I was updating LoL with the newest patch last night. Halfway through I had an immediate hardware failure BSOD 0x00000116 atikmpag.sys. No more graphics card. Took an entire 15 minutes for my comp to cease working. Now it can seldom boot with those lines you see in the matrix. Drivers were updated etc.

I just find it odd that the patching process takes so much processing power and demands so much from the CPU. This isn't the first time the patcher has done things to warrant a restore - or in the case....getting a new comp. 800 bucks down the drain. No more LoL for awhile.
