Relic shield minions don't count towards Legend: Alacrity rune stack

For those who don't know the details of Legend runes, you get a Legend stack every 20 points and you get 1 point per minion, 5 for large monster kills and 20 on champion/epic monster takedown. Now the bug is that minions you get from an ally with a relic shield don't count toward the rune, thus delaying the rewards.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick Legend: Alacrity rune (haven't tried the others, but I imagine it applies for them too)
  2. Get an ally with relic shield to share minion kills
  3. Reach 20 points/cs

Expected result: get a Legend stack at the 20 cs mark Observed result:the Legend stack is rewarded after the rune owner himself kills 20 minions

The bug is not that big and it mostly affects bot lane, but is still an inconvenience and we have Cull case where the CS from relic shield does count toward Cull 100 minion mark.

I was under the impression that relic shield only shares the gold of the minion that was killed with the closest ally champion, that would mean that it is working as intended isn't it? Because the person with the rune needs to kill 20 minions to get the stack and relic shield doesn't "give credit" of who kills the minion to the adc. That's my understanding anyway, you might want to wait for someone who understands the game more or a Rioter to give you an actual answer.
