Just as the title says... Can this be fixed? I don't care if the reason for this is "they had it queue'd up before polymorph hit them".. the ability says in general terms they can't use abilities during it (since they're supposed to be silenced...) but they do. Just had this happen several times last game. The amount of times I've seen a Darius/Garen instakill your adc with their ults while being a squirrel or other polymorphed variety is pretty stupid. 
I looks dumb but i'm fairly sure the abilities in question just have misleading graphics. The spells are already in motion so it'll hit, this happens though silence as well. It would be equally as dumb if turning someone into a squirrel destroyed the bullet/rock/whatever projectile that's already in flight because it doesn't matter what happens to the person at that point. The origin is irreverent with the exception of turrets I think. On the other hand, the channels polymorph should be able to cancel might be inconsistent, Garren spin etc so she could definitely use some love there. And with her character model... Those fingers shudders
