Issues with moving my character during my recent (normal) game

Unfortunately I don't have a video of it but I figured it was worth mention my problem. So I played a normal game recently and after about the 20min mark, It started to fell like I was lagging. normally my ping is 70 which is completely fine and if there is lag, it's pretty much impossible for me to tell at all. So I was playing nidalee and after 20 min into the game I notice my W was 1 or 2 sec delayed. My ping was still normal at 70 and my fps locked at 60 so perfectly fine there as well. I tried to exit the game and reconnect more than once but still the same issue. I have no idea what may have caused this to happen so it was annoying to say the least. I even check my to see if my keyboard and mouse was the issue but they where working just fine. Any idea what may be the problem? Should I try to uninstall league and re-download it? Bty I forgot to mention I ran straight down mid lane and couldn't move so I got killed by the tower G_G no choice but to honor my team for having the deal with me.
