Strange Error At League Client Home Screen (Pictures Included)

I'm not sure why the arrows appeared or why when I scroll down their is some suppose error. So far I have yet to see anything effect league. But I though I should share this sooner than later. I tried to "Repair Files" but the arrows and error where still there. Did I break my league? ._. oops the order of the pictures are 3,2,1,4 from top to bottom
