[CLIENT] Freezing (more or less) in Ranked Champ Select

In Ranked Champion Select, one of the people in the lobby (either ally or enemy) will be shown selecting their champion with the select timer running down. Even if they have already selected their champion, the timer will continue to run down until it reaches zero. I can still select my spells, runes and masteries, but the Champion Selection itself will remain frozen. Then the Champion Selection will stay there for me, even when it appears to get to my pick for others. This will eventually cause me to automatically dodge for not selecting a champion. Once this happens, it will say in chat that everyone has left the room but me, and still leave me "frozen" in Champion Selection.

This glitch happens so randomly that I honestly couldn't tell you how to reproduce it. It only happens to me in ranked champion select though. Usually afterwards I restart my League and it shows it's scanning files before allowing me to launch. If anyone from Riot could get back to me on this it would be great. I have lost about 50LP from this issue so far and it's really irritating. I even had -20LP at one point in Gold 4 because of this, and there's nothing I can do about it. People have even dodged so I wouldn't lose LP or get a longer time because of this issue.
