Still Crashing

Again, I'm unable to join my game. Nothing loads after the black screen. Are you guys even considering fixing this? I rebooted, relaunched, and nothing changes. Same old firewall message. I was somewhat relieved you posted about fixing this bug on service status but this very problem I've dealt with beginning Thanks Giving break still remains unsolved. I don't know about you but I would say it's logical to fix any bugs from S4 before continuing 5.1 patch. I shouldn't have to worry about this crash every game. My team shouldn't have to play 4v5 when I didn't have any internet issues or intentionally leave. If it was just a crash, I wouldn't even mind. Problem is, once this happens I cannot reconnect no matter what I try. I want to see this bug fixed before any further patch.

I just noticed that message about fixing the crash bug on service status is gone now. If you think the problem's been fixed, it isn't.
