Reported Already; but anyone else?

This originally happened during champion select; the bottom two inches or so was cut off after the client randomly changed my screen resolution size to the smallest default. Once the game went into play and back into full screen it was fine. But I wasn't able to change mastery or runes because it wasn't on the page.

Now I've gone back to the home screen (shown in image) and the top two inches are cut off. Which means I'm going to have to alt ctrl because there's no place for me to click out of the screen.

Has anyone else encountered this? I'm about to restart the client. [sg-janna]
