Keep getting stuck in ranked ques

So this is happening 1/10 games for me. I log in and click in to rank solo. The accept button comes up I accept. Then I wait forever till it kicks me for failing to chose a champ. I get penalized for dodging and lose lp. I never made it to the champ select, but I'm still being punished for dodging. I understand that maybe there is no way to fix this that you know of. Twice before this has removed me from series and now it made it so I have to win my next two to get back into series. With out knowing if this is going to happen or not ranked is becoming unplayable. I can't climb the ladder if i keep being handed loses for games i was never a part of.

It also attachs the leaver timer so i end up waiting 10 mins just to get into another game.
