Game Freeze After Selecting a Champion

Just as the title says but it's only when I pick Xin or Zed. I hear their quote but after that the screen just freezes. Can't tab out or anything. I have to CTRL ALT DEL. When I get back in, sometimes it penalizes me for leaving, sometimes it doesn't. I need a fix for this, it's driving me crazy.
