Consistent ping spikes 2-3 times in a game.

Sometimes seemingly at random times, my ping will rise from its normal 30 or so up to around 250 where it will hover for about a minute before returning. It only happens a few times each game but it's consistent and the lag is just enough to affect my reaction times. It could happen during laning on team fights, seems to be random.
